Pitter Patter Goes My Heart

Obviously the recruitment funds for USU have been cut dramatically and this is what the current recruitment team looks like. Wow, if this doesn't make you want to attend USU, I don't know what will! Here's the latest recruitment letter that was sent out to the Basin students and staff!

Members of the Utah State University Uintah Basin basketball team stop play during a practice session for this year’s team photo. Community members from Vernal to Fruitland routinely stop by the gym to get a sneak preview of this year’s team. Through such visits, team members often stop play to answer questions community members have regarding admissions, financial aid, scholarships and areas of study. It might also be noted that on more than one occasion students have credited USUUB team members for them reaching their educational goals.

Our thanks to the members of the USUUB basketball team and their excellence in recruitment and retention!

Cute!

Roo's Wetlands Project

Mariah spent hours and hours working on her Fourth Grade Wetlands Project. She did it all out of clay and all by herself. The details that she put into her work were amazing and these pictures don't even come close to showing how awesome this project was.

Call Her Prepared!

Last night Cado told Roo that she better not be late this morning and she better not get halfway down the road and say that she "forgot her glasses." Well she took him seriously and got as ready as she possibly could to make the morning run smoothly. She set out all of her clothes, her jewelry, hairbow, GLASSES, socks and deodorant and shoes.

She prepared her cereal (because her mom does not cook her a hot breakfast) spoon and all. Notice the saran wrap to protect it.

And finally, she set her homework by the door. This girl is ready! Now, IS CADO????
