Wicked Fun

Saturday we got to go and see the broadway production of Wicked in Salt Lake City. We went with Bailey, Jessica, Marlene, Carrie and Marsha and Angie. It was a great girls night out! Thanks Angie and Carrie for scoring those tickets!

It's Booked!

This is what it takes to book an Alaska Cruise for two families. Two phones and a computer. Thank goodness I didn't have to book for three, although we readily invite anyone else to come. It's going to be great!

He's Still Sleeping With the Dogs!

Well Cado is still sleeping with the dogs...in the laundry room. He now basically considers it his room. His ipod is there, so are his dirty clothes. In fact, about a month ago, Mariah wanted to sleep in there with the dogs too and Dave had told her that she could. Cado got very upset and said, "Dad you can't just tell people that they can sleep in other people's rooms!" Dave said, "I wouldn't just tell Mariah that she could sleep in your room without permission from you, BUT, anyone can sleep in the laundry room." Cado just got one of those sly smiles on his face because he knew it was the truth!

Bo's Junior Prom

It was the Junior Prom today. Bo, Ben and Christian took their dates to the Hogle Zoo in Salt Lake this morning. Then they ate at the Olive Garden.

Tonight they got to Promenade and then they came to our house and we introduced them to the art of fondue!

Bo took Lexie Benson, Christian took Jill Lidell and Ben took Blakely Dye. Now that's a good group of kids!

This Is How We Watched Conference

On Conference Sunday, Mariah was convinced that we needed to bring in a tent, sleeping bags and blankets to enjoy the day. Mariah made us each our own Conference packets filled with bingo, scripture chases and notes pages to take notes. Aren't we glad we have a girl!

Mariah's Poem

She's the Poetry Champ!

Mariah won the District Poetry Contest today. She did a great rendition of "Sick" by Shel Silverstein! She's already working on her poem for next year.

It's Done

Need we say more. We are relieved!
