A True Fashion Statement

Last week I took off my earrings after church and this is what I discovered.  I had worn a black one and a blue one and no one bothered to tell me.  It was a true fashion statement for sure!  Is this a sign that I am losing it???

He's A Big Chicken!

When I came home from our Provo adventure I noticed that our curtain had been moved up and a towel was covering the door window.  It was an odd thing and I wondered what was going on.  I asked Dave if he knew why the curtain had been moved and the towel was on the window he said, "Yes,"  Then he went on to tell me that he was lying in bed while we were gone and all of a sudden got freaked out that someone could be looking in the window at him.  So he got up and fixed up this fancy window covering so they couldn't. That man is a big chicken.  I told him that that window has been there for 16 years.  I was a little surprised at this newly expressed fear.  Now that I am home, he is just fine with uncovering the window to the way it has always been...probably because he knows I have a gun right by the side of my bed!  I can protect him!

More Prom Dress Shopping

This is the dress Abbie chose.

How many people do you need to help you prom dress shop?  Well for poor Abbie it was 7!  I don't know how she survived all those female opinions!

Alli's Shower

Alli is having a baby and so it was time for a baby shower.  Shandie hosted it and we all got to go to Santaquin and party.
We had soup and bread sticks and a "Law Veggie Tray!"  ha ha
Mariah and Lexie enjoying some of the veggies.
Mariah spent some time showing Abbie her successful Prom dress shopping.  Abby was going to Prom dress shop right after the shower.
Mariah won the baby bottle for guess the correct number of M&M's.

Prom Dress Shopping

This is what Prom dress shopping looked like this year...Fast, Furious and No Tears!

My Two Valentines

We got to visit Hunter and Carter this weekend and give them there Valentines.  Hunter got a giant Hershey's Kiss and Carter got a book that makes all sorts of animal sounds.  I'm pretty sure I have the cutest Valentines on the planet.

The Most Expensive Thing I'll Ever Touch!

We took our cute Beehives to the Richard's barn this week to see Baylee's horse skills.  Her dad took us all around and showed all of the Richard's horses and then he took us to this special stall where he introduced us to Runnin Brooke Gal.  This horse won the multi million dollar race for quarter horses.  She is worth a couple million and that is why I needed a picture...because this is the most expensive thing I will ever touch in my life!

The Year of Snow

This year has been absolutely crazy with snow.  This is a picture of a picnic table at the preschool.  We have never had so much beautiful snow.

Rough Riders Have to Go

Dave got some new sweat pants today under the condition that he would throw away these Rough Rider ones.  They are the ones he got when he was coaching Bo's 8th grade team 12 years ago.  It was time for them to retire.

Loving Our Underarmor

We had a few hours to shop before Mariah's second game so we went to the Outlet stores in Park City.  We stopped at one and only one store.  The Under Armor store!  All three of us were in heaven and there were great sales.  We thought it was pretty great that we could all be excited about shopping in the same store.
