After They Left....

Mariah and I were happy when Bo and his buddies left so that we could eat the leftovers. Then we spent the rest of the time dancing to the really cool songs that they were singing on t.v. for the Haiti telethon. :) Ahh, it sure is great to have a girl because my boys would not be caught dead doing this!

Winter Ball 2010

Well it is another Winter Ball in Roosevelt. Bo and his buddies got some cute dates and came over and we prepared them some amazing fondue. We even learned a few new fondue tricks from the Chapmans. We know know how to fondue corndogs, veggies and shrimp. It was delicious.

We think that the whole night went smoothly for Bo except for the fact that his date had the zipper break on her dress (before she left for the dance) and that Bo backed the Suburban into Rhett's car on his way home from the dance!

And After Sledding...

Since the girls weren't tired after their sledding, they decided to come to the preschool to play. It's a great day to do it because no one is there and they have free reign of the place. They dressed up, played outside and rode trikes and scooters all around the halls of USU. They even played "military school," where they all dressed up and I think one of them was the MEAN MILITARY TEACHER. They must have learned that part from ME when they attended preschool 6 years ago :)

The best part about having them there was that they made me stay and stay and stay! I finally had to beg them to come home, but because I stayed so long, I got the preschool done! This has been a huge job that I am glad to see the tail end of. I can't believe that I actually get to teach in such a beautiful setting now. It's going to be great.

Sledding Buddies

Mariah, Zoe and Kiley spent a good part of the afternoon sledding at Constitution Park. It was a perfect day for sliding on snow!

Our Morning Greeters

Each morning when we look out our window this is what we see. Do you think they are waiting for something?
