I got to spend the weekend with my sister in laws. We are getting more adventurous as we gracefully age (I think!). This year, Lorie, suggested that we try skiing. So we did. How impressive is that. It's been 20-30 years for ALL of us since we last skiied. Come to find out, "it's just like riding a bike!" It was so much fun and no one went to the CLINIC!

I love the lettuce wraps at the Cheese Factory, YUMMMMMY!! If you ever go back you need to try those!! The Cheese Quesadillas are awesome too!! It was a first for me this past weekend too!!! Very good!!
