My New Hat

I can officially wear my new hat now.  The Hullingers surprised me and gave it to me at Christmas after hearing g I was getting a gun. Tonight I wore it as I told them the rest of the story about how I lost my gun. But now I have a new gun and so the hat is legit!

Midway Ice Castles

 I took Madi Hadlock and Mariah out to the Midway Ice Castles because they had the day off of school.  We stopped at Kneaders for lunch and they got Pumpkin Steamers.  They called them "White Girl Drinks."  Not sure if that is racist or not, but I guess the steamers are white!

 They found a killer deal on boots at Rue 21 and bought them.  Since we have been talking Madi in to doing the stock show with Mariah this year, I told them that those boots would work just great for chasing after those pigs!

 It was snowy and beautiful at the Ice Castles.  There were lots of people and lots of ice.  We walked all around and took lots of pictures.  For Mariah and Madi, if we could take lots of "good" pictures, it was a successful venture.  So, I would confidently say that it was!

Hanging With the Law's

I didn't take many pictures over our Law three day visit, but I did get a picture of us doing our daily exercises!  Look, even Grandma Law is doing Fitnessblender.com!  She is a pretty amazing lady.  The Law crew also went to the gym and played a little Crack A Bout just for fun.

Dani's Reception

 Dani Berger and her husband had a reception over the holidays.  They seem very happy and we are so happy for her.

 Lorie and I were most happy AFTER they left though.  That way we got to eat the cake however we wanted to eat it!  YUM!

 We got to spend a great evening with the Woolstenhulm's eating great food and playing games.  We were really grateful for the invite because we were a tad hungry after leaving Dad's house in Star Valley.

Cado's Christmas Call

 We got to talk to Cado on Christmas Day, but we are quite certain that the internet in Star Valley is even worse than the internet in Roosevelt.  We spent most of our time trying to reconnect, but we still have some quick sightings of that boy and he got to show us his pants that he had torn at their mission Christmas party the day before!

New Years Even 2015

 The Whitings hosted a very wild and crazy New Years Eve party with us, the Dennis' and the Adys'.  Most everyone was hopeful to just be asleep by 10 p.m., but we surprised ourselves and made it all the way to the new year.  We even have the kisses to prove it.

Bo's a Good Sport

 Bo was a good sport and played Just Dance with Mariah a few times.  He was in to only using one hand though and never really scored that well.  I, on the other hand, usually won the competitions!!

A New Room

All Mariah really wanted for Christmas this year was a new room with some new furnishings.  So, she moved downstairs, insisted on having a little bed and redecorated Cado's old room.  It is now "BOHO" style and no longer "Basketball" style.  It actually turned out really cute...especially the cool arrows that Dave and Bo made out of some special 100 year old barn wood that we brought home from Grandpa Call's old barn in Star Valley!
