We kind of had a standing rule that everyone met at 9 p.m. for crepes. The ship had an amazing crepe chef and boy they tasted good at nine! They were usually filled with fruit or ice cream or nutella and then drizzled with chocolate.
Game and talk time usually followed. We usually got a few looks from others on the ship because our group really was pretty big!
The best part of the whole trip was that it landed on Thanksgiving Day. Not a single one of us had to cook or clean up and we still had all the delicious food we wanted.
On the last night we all shared our favorite memories of Grandma Call. It was pretty tender and I'm sure Grandma was there in spirit and wiping away a lot of tears as we talked. It was simply a perfect trip...almost.
