The Whiting's kicked it out of the ballpark this year in the annual JAM exchange!! We received a phone call from one of our tenants telling us that she had a bad smell in her apartment. I sent Dave right up and Bo and Mariah just decided to go! Anyway, there was a horrendous looking hairball in the vent. Dave and Bo could not figure out what it was but it did stink (because they had sprayed fart spray on it). Dave carefully pulled it out...examined it...and then discovered that it was the JAM!!!
