Shannon's Artichoke Dip

1 pkg cream cheese

¼ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

¼ cup grated romano

¼ jar minced garlic

Salt and pepper

1 14 ounce can artichoke hearts

½ cup frozen chopped spinach

¼ cup mozzarella

Mix cheese, garlic, and salt and pepper. Add in artichoke hearts and spinach. Put in pan. Top with mozzarella. Put in oven at about 350 degrees, cook for 25 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.

*I added more romano cheese and parmesan cheese than called for. Oh and slightly more of the minced garlic. It just depends on how much you like the stuff.


This is the best Artichoke Dip I have ever had!
