We improvised this year with the Christmas stocking filling. Since the kids didn't get anything in their Christmas stockings at Christmas, I told them that maybe the New Years Elf would come if they were really good. They put out their stockings on New Years Eve with good faith. Fortunately, the New Years Elf came just as promised. The kids showed the same excitement as they have for every other Christmas event.
Look at the joy on their faces as they see their filled stockings and the new cologne that the elf brought. I think we just might have to keep the New Years Elf around!
It's been a great 2010. We're looking forward to 2011!
