Snakes Alive...I Think

Today was the first day in my five years of walking that I have truly been terrified! As Carrie and I were walking across the golf course at 6:00 a.m. this morning I suddenly saw that Carrie had just about stepped on the largest snake I have ever seen (except for the one in Mexico)! I screamed and Carrie tried to throw rocks at it. It didn't move and it didn't look dead. It just looked like it was going along and got too cold. (It was freezing this morning). Anyway, I am going to be watching my step very closely!
