A Great Recipe for Fresh Salsa
Fresh Salsa
5 large tomatoes
5 medium jalapeno peppers (seeds removed)
2 green bell peppers
2 medium onions
5 cloves garlic
Chop all vegetables very fine. Drain off excess liquid. Add 2 T. sugar and 1 T. salt. Mix and refridgerate.
